About Dentala
Practical Dental Experience Meets Business Strategy

Tala BatarsehFounder, Dentala Consulting
Tala Batarseh founded Dentala Consulting after building extensive experience within the dental industry — first inside practices, then in the management and leadership roles that keep them running.
With more than 15 years of dental-industry experience, her background combines practical dental practice management with formal business and management education. That combination is the point: enough time on the floor to know how a practice really behaves, and enough business training to fix it structurally.
Her education and training include business administration and management education through York University, a Certificate in Dental Practice Management from the University of Toronto, and continuing education in areas including executive leadership, treatment coordination, sales, management, and IPAC compliance.
Her approach is practical: understand the problem, build the right plan, and help the practice implement it.

The company
What Dentala does
Dentala Consulting is a dental practice consulting and management firm working with practice owners and their teams across Ontario. The work covers practice consulting, team training, ongoing management support, new practice start-ups, and IPAC compliance.
Every engagement follows the same idea — a treatment plan for your practice. Assess the practice, diagnose what's actually holding it back, build a plan around its real needs, and stay involved while it's implemented.
Alongside consulting, Dentala runs full-day certification courses for dental professionals in dental administration, office management, IPAC, and communication and case acceptance.
How we work
Four principles behind every engagement
Diagnose before prescribing
No plan is written before the practice is understood. The same symptom — an empty schedule, a stalled hygiene column — has different causes in different offices.
Practical over theoretical
Recommendations are built to be implemented by a real team, in a real schedule, with the people and software already in place.
Build capability, not dependence
The measure of good consulting is that the practice runs better after the consultant leaves, not that it needs one permanently.
Dental-specific, always
General business advice rarely survives contact with a dental schedule. Everything here comes from time spent inside dental practices.
